Menu – a taste to be savoured
The Daugirdas Restaurant menu is created for those who appreciate contemporary cuisine, clean flavours, and true quality.
Here, balance of taste, refined textures, and elegant presentation come together – each dish is crafted to be enjoyed to the very last bite.
You will find a wide selection:
– Tartars – from grass-fed beef tenderloin to delicate salmon, all prepared in a “raw style” without heat treatment;
– Carpaccio – a subtle touch of Italian classic, served with beef or salt-baked beetroot;
– Appetisers to enjoy with a glass of wine or a cocktail – spicy Cheddar cheese doughnuts, crispy prawns, our marinated olives, or a selection of cured meats;
– Hearty main courses – from peppered beef tenderloin steak to duck breast or slow-cooked pork ribs;
– Fresh salads and light soups – a perfect choice for lunch or a light evening meal.
End your dinner on a sweet note with a classic French Crème Brûlée, warm Cherries Jubilee, or a San Sebastian cheesecake that melts in your mouth.
SKY TERRACE
When the weather warms, you’re invited to the “Sky” terrace with views of Kaunas old town. You can enjoy brunch, lunch and dinner in the spacious terrace and book the specially made marquees for your personal events – birthdays, christenings, company parties or even weddings. The larger tent can accommodate up to 50 people and the smaller one – 16.
WINE HALL
The hall has 18 seats, it hosts tastings and training for wine and gastronomic enthusiasts.
FLAMBE HALL
The hall is decorated with authentic alcoves and frescoes that create a remarkable ambience and provide even more charm to your event. The cosy space is perfectly suited for training, seminars, after-parties, receptions, product or service presentations, or other special occasions.

FIREPLACE HALL
The hall is in the XVI century Gothic cellar with painted frescoes. It can serve up to 40-60 people at a time.
