The menu at Restaurant “Daugirdas” is created for those seeking more than just dinner.
It is a contemporary dining experience where refined flavors, quality ingredients, and elegant presentation come together in perfect harmony. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted – from the very first aroma to the final bite.

Our menu invites you on a journey of flavors:

– expressive tartares and crudo dishes – dry-aged beef, black kingfish, fresh citrus notes, and vibrant herbs;
– delicate carpaccios – from the timeless beef classic to colorful salt-baked beetroot with goat cheese cream;
– appetizers made for sharing – crispy tiger prawns, cod croquettes, fried baby squid, our homemade spicy Cheddar cheese donuts, and assorted cured meats and cheeses;
– fresh seasonal salads and soups – from the classic Caesar to rich Bouillabaisse with seafood;
– signature main courses that showcase the character of our kitchen – aged beef steak, slow-cooked pork ribs, duck breast, black kingfish fillet, and buttery gnocchi with vegetables.

We invite you to finish your evening on a sweet note – with a classic Crème Brûlée, light strawberry Pavlova, or our creamy Burnt Basque Cheesecake that melts in your mouth.

This is a menu for slow lunches, cozy evenings, and moments meant to be savored a little longer.

SKY TERRACE

When the weather warms, you’re invited to the “Sky” terrace with views of Kaunas old town. You can enjoy brunch, lunch and dinner in the spacious terrace and book the specially made marquees for your personal events – birthdays, christenings, company parties or even weddings. The larger tent can accommodate up to 50 people and the smaller one – 16.

WINE HALL

The hall has 18 seats, it hosts tastings and training for wine and gastronomic enthusiasts.

FLAMBE HALL

The hall is decorated with authentic alcoves and frescoes that create a remarkable ambience and provide even more charm to your event. The cosy space is perfectly suited for training, seminars, after-parties, receptions, product or service presentations, or other special occasions.

FIREPLACE HALL

The hall is in the XVI century Gothic cellar with painted frescoes. It can serve up to 40-60 people at a time.
