The Menu – A Taste to Savor.

The Daugirdas Restaurant menu is designed for those who appreciate modern cuisine, clean flavors, and top-quality ingredients. Here, balanced combinations, refined textures, and elegant presentation come together to create dishes you’ll want to savor until the very last bite.

You’ll find a wide selection:

– Tartars – from dry-aged beef tenderloin to pink tuna, or a special tasting platter for two,
– a refreshing Ceviche with royal black bass,
– hearty mains such as lamb rump steak, duck breast, black halibut fillet, mussels, rich beef rib ragù, or Thai-style curry with tofu, chicken, or tiger prawns.

Looking for something to pair with a glass of wine or a cocktail? Choose from spicy cheddar cheese puffs, crispy prawns, a spread and dip selection, cured meats, or rosemary-seasoned fried bread with curd cheese dip.

And end your evening on a sweet note – with a caramelized house-made ice cream cake, ricotta cheesecake with fresh berries, or the light and elegant strawberry Pavlova.

SKY TERRACE

When the weather warms, you’re invited to the “Sky” terrace with views of Kaunas old town. You can enjoy brunch, lunch and dinner in the spacious terrace and book the specially made marquees for your personal events – birthdays, christenings, company parties or even weddings. The larger tent can accommodate up to 50 people and the smaller one – 16.

WINE HALL

The hall has 18 seats, it hosts tastings and training for wine and gastronomic enthusiasts.

FLAMBE HALL

The hall is decorated with authentic alcoves and frescoes that create a remarkable ambience and provide even more charm to your event. The cosy space is perfectly suited for training, seminars, after-parties, receptions, product or service presentations, or other special occasions.

FIREPLACE HALL

The hall is in the XVI century Gothic cellar with painted frescoes. It can serve up to 40-60 people at a time.
